A great position for an experienced Wedding & Event Coordinator to join a hotel based near Thatcham, West Berkshire.
As Wedding & Event Coordinator you will need to work well under pressure with an accurate and consistent approach to customer service.
Excellent communication skills are required for this job and confidence to liaise via telephone and in person. Ideally, previous experience in event management from a hotel background preferred , although the hotel may consider a candidate with event experience.
- Ensure all sales enquires are dealt with in a proactive manner
- Ensure that the weddings, meeting, and events database and chase system is updated
- Grow and develop existing customers through regular contact
- Being dedicated to bringing events to life and turning dreams into reality
- Identify opportunities to maximise revenue through up-selling.
